This hotel is situated in a beautiful jungle-like location, offering stunning views of the surrounding nature. The rooms are spacious, with comfortable beds and balconies overlooking the jungle or river. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout the stay. The pool is a great place to relax and cool off, and the on-site restaurant serves delicious meals.

The Wi-Fi connection in the hotel is not very reliable, making it difficult to stay connected.

The rooms were very clean! We got our own private floor, including a living room, 2 bedrooms, and a bathroom. We also had 2 balconies, from which we could see trees and hear the sound of small waterfalls. It was beautiful!

The apartment was spacious, comfortable and clean. We loved the interiour. We had a great terrace at the river side no view. Walking to the centre took only 15 minutes, a taxi a couple of Euroos. The breakfast room service was nice, although not on time. The location had a luxurious and higher class appearance. For families this would be (even) more interesting.

We had a constant feeling that the management tries not to spend 'too much' money on its customers and the employees' attitude was not genuine and/or intrinsically friendly. E.g. no personnel in the bar during days, bad positioned and maintained pool table, expensive soft drinks, check out time at 10am which was the same time as the end of breakfast and there was no discussion possible about a later checkout. No pricelist or other information in the room. We booked especially this more expensive location for the swimmimg pool, in this case it is not customer friendly to close it for repainting without notice (we booked only three weeks before arrival). The receptionist's reaction to this was not friendly:"it is like it is", with no empathy. We finally agreed with a 10% discount but had a bad feel about this treatment. In 2 weeks Brazil and 1 week Argentina this was the most sober breakfast we have had.

Great food, stunning views, comfortable rooms, helpful staff, and convenient transportation options. Enjoyed my stay and would definitely return. 👍

We had an impressively spacious set of rooms, with terrace overlooking the river and Brasil on the far bank. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and obliging, and Mario sorted out our excursions with efficiency. It was invaluable to be able to describe to him what we had in mind and hear the costs, recommendations, and timings. All ran smoothly and made our short stay (3 nights) as pleasurable and full as we had hoped.

The bar/restaurant was I think gearing up for a more full service than could then be provided - probably due to the fact that we were there in July (ie winter). This did not matter to us as there were plently of decent dining opportunities a shortish walk from the hotel, and local colour is often preferable to in-house hotel facilities.

Enviroment, where hotel is located is truly pleasant.

For us as a family would have appreciated a kitchinette or microwave since it was more a hut than a hotel room. However it was OK and meal service was very good.

The Iguazu Jungle Lodge offers spacious and comfortable apartments, with luxury furniture and fully-fitted kitchens. The grounds are relaxing with a large swimming pool and attractive gardens. The breakfast in the lovely dining room has a great range of food and drink. The staff at reception, especially Gabriela, are incredibly helpful and charming, providing advice and recommendations for activities in the area. It is a fantastic place to stay and superb value for money.

Felt like royalty, nothing too much trouble.

Amazing luxury apartment with traditional local design features, plus enough mod cons. Very friendly attentive staff. Stunning views from the balconies. Very calm setting and relaxing surroundings.

Very large room, furnished nicely and well-maintained. Great value! Loved the staff and service. It is very easy to arrange tours/transportation to see the Falls from the helpful agent in the lobby. Also, 10 minutes walk to the center of town (restaurants) and they also had in-room massage service at a very reasonable price.

Our stay at Iguazu Jungle Lodge was absolutely fantastic. The hotel is situated in a peaceful location surrounded by lush jungle and overlooking a beautiful river. The room we stayed in was spacious, immaculately clean, and had a breathtaking view from the balcony. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and were always friendly and helpful. The breakfast spread was delicious with a wide variety of fresh items to choose from. The hotel also offers a convenient buggy service to get around the resort. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful and relaxing stay.

The rooms at this lodge were spacious and well-appointed, offering all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The restaurant on-site was a great convenience, and the pool provided a refreshing escape from the heat. Plus, the location of the lodge was ideal, surrounded by lush jungle and just a short walk to nearby amenities and the bus stop for easy access to the attractions.

While the lodge had many positives, there were a few downsides. the price seemed a bit high, especially for solo travelers like myself.

Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Costs only 10-15 pesos to go into town. Each room has a balcony facing the forest and you can have your breakfast served in the room! Doing laundry here is cheap compared to most other hotels.

The hot water was inconsistent at times. Internet is slow. I didn't read the fine print. The price quoted at the Booked.net is without taxes and I wasn't aware that we are supposed to pay for it at the hotel.

Fantastic apartments with really great layout. Location in the middle of so much greenery is really beautiful and the materials used to build the cabins are solid and attractive. Wifi works well and laundry is cheap. Breakfast is good. Having a excursions/travel consultant on site is really helpful and many of the staff speak english well. All of the staff are VERY friendly

The road leading up to it was not to attractive, but not really a problem.

We got great value for our money at the Iguazu Jungle Lodge. The room was spacious, with a stunning view of the jungle, and the staff treated us amazingly well.

The breakfast experience could have been better, with more variety and options.

Nice, peaceful place, quite near to the water falls (14 km), 10 minutes walking distance from the Puerto of Iguazu.
